FREIGHT

Hand Tool House has set freight that is add to your cart at checkout. 

Freight rates are-

  • Waikato - Orders up to $1,000 INC GST will be $11.50 Incl GST
  • Waikato - Orders over $1,001 INC GST will be $17.25 Incl GST
  • North Island - Flat Rate of $23 Incl GST
  • South Island - Orders up to $500 INC GST will be $40.25 Incl GST
  • South Island - Orders over $501 INC GST will be $57.5 Incl GST
  • Rural Delivery - Orders up to $500 INC GST will be $40.25Incl GST
  • Rural Delivery - Order over $501 INC GST will be $57.5 Incl GST

All orders will have these freight added unless stated otherwise (some bulk items will need to be quoted on).

Hand Tool House delivery expectation is the following- 

  • North Island 1-3 Working day
  • South Island 2-5 Working day
  • Rural Deliver 3-7 Working day

We do not ship to PO Box numbers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Hand Tool House will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier. Freight is NOT covered under warranty and will need to paid by the customer.

If you change your mind please contact us with in 14 working from the invoice date and we can exchange the item or provide store credit. NO cash refund will be given on items if you change your mind. Freight will not be refunded and extra freight charges may apply.
