RAZORWELD RWX5000 AUTOWELD HELMET

The RWX-5000 is an advanced high quality automatic welding helmet for all welding applications. The RWX-5000 ADF (Advanced Digital Filter) features four independent arc sensors with solar powered cells and replaceable batteries. Automatic sleep mode shuts the ADF off when the helmet is placed into storage for battery conservation. The RWX-5000 can be adjusted from shade 5-9 and shade 9-13. This makes it ideal for gas cutting, plasma cutting, low amp TIG operation and MIG welding. The switching time from light to dark is approximately 0.0001 second. The delay time from dark to light may be adjusted between 0.1 and 0.9 seconds. The welding mask gives the operator permanent and complete protection against UV/IR even in light state. The UV/IR protection level is DIN15 all the time, Din standard approval guarantees maximum eye protection during welding. The RWX-5000 is a lightweight and comfortable design offering excellent neck coverage and protection, the unique shape and design helps channel welding fumes away from the helmet and face area. The RWX-5000 is supplied with an accessory pack of 2 outside cover lenses, 2 sweat bands and helmet protection bag. The front cover lens is manufactured of high quality polymer materials and is spatter resistant, thus providing a long service life.
