Hand Tool House will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier. Freight is NOT covered under warranty and will need to paid by the customer.

If you change your mind please contact us with in 14 working from the invoice date and we can exchange the item or provide store credit. NO cash refund will be given on items if you change your mind. Freight will not be refunded and extra freight charges may apply.
