The 3M™ High Performance Ribbed Back-Up Pad designed to deliver firm support of abrasive fibre discs during aggressive grinding and finishing. The ribbed design of the back-up pad helps increase stiffness and grinding pressure while also helping to keep the disc cool. This allows for more aggressive metalworking action without damaging the work surface, which helps increase productivity.

When used with 3M™ Cubitron™ II discs, these pads offer improved disc life and cut rate for lower cost and higher throughput.
